In this webinar, we explore high-performance data acquisition boards (digitizers) used in distributed fiber optic sensing (DFOS). Participants will learn about commonly used data acquisition products and features, including the importance of onboard field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA), peer-to-peer streaming, and GPU processing. The webinar is co-hosted by Dr. Ali Masoudi from the University of Southampton who will speak about his high-resolution distributed acoustic sensing (HR-DAS) system based on Teledyne SP Device’s 14-bit ADQ14 digitizer.
